By accessing or using the ErF website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and members.

ErF provides an online platform for purchasing merchandise, accessing ceramics studio memberships, participating in events, and engaging with our creative community. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships (such as ceramics studio or fabrication shop access) are subject to additional terms:

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable
• Recurring memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice
• Members must follow all studio rules and safety guidelines

Liability Waivers

Certain memberships and activities require the execution of a separate liability waiver before purchase or participation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Corner Shop fabrication shop memberships (woodworking and metalworking)
• Access to power tools and machinery
• Participation in workshops or classes involving physical activities

By signing a liability waiver, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to: cuts, lacerations, burns, eye injuries, electric shock, exposure to dust and fumes, and other serious injuries.

Liability waivers are legally binding agreements. You will receive a copy of any signed waiver via email. Failure to sign a required waiver will prevent access to the associated membership or activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ErF or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
